Description
Class II + VI, Distorted and Distended Hub Doubling "Best Of" Nickel Doubled Die VarietiesA very strong spread toward the center shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM where the spread increases dramatically from left to right. Doubling also shows on the right side of the building; probably quadrupling on UNUM. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Short die gouge NW from lower left section of dome; die gouge (dot) near roof well north of small right window; short, vertical die gouge just right of lower portion of D of UNITED.
