Description
Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingThis variety was formerly listed as WDDR-238. It replaces the original WDDR-081 listing which was delisted because it was too minor. A strong Class II spread shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, decreasing slightly from left to right. Doubling also shows on FIVE CENTS, MON of MONTICELLO, and the left side of the building Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Vertical die gouge between upper portions of US of PLURIBUS; small die dot to upper right of C of MONTICELLO; short die gouge between lower portions of ST of STATES.
