Class II + V, Distorted and Pivoted Hub DoublingThis variety was formerly listed as WDDR-248. It replaces the original WDDR-047 listing which was delisted because it was too minor. Strong Class II and Class V doubling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and the right side of the building. Much closer doubling shows on FIVE and M of MONTICELLO. Die Markers: Obverse: Die scratch on Jefferson's cheek. Reverse: Die dot between E of FIVE and C of CENTS.
