Class II, Distorted Hub Doubling "Best Of" Nickel Doubled Die VarietiesThis variety was formerly listed as WDDR-269. It replaces the original WDDR-027 listing which was delisted because it was a doubled working hub (See WWHR-001 below). Strong Class II tripling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM. Strong Class II doubling shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CENTS, LLO of MONTICELLO and the right side of the building. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Die dot below large center semicircular window; die gouge to upper left of small left window.
