Description

Class VI, Distended Hub DoublingA strong spread toward the center shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM, decreasing slightly from left to right. An extremely close spread shows on the bottoms of the letters of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and the right side of the building.

Die Markers

Obverse: Small die gouge (dot) to right of upper portion of Y of LIBERTY.
Reverse: Small die gouge under lower right side of diagonal bar of N of UNUM; die gouge (dot) west of top of E of E PLURIBUS.
