Description

Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingThis variety was formerly listed as WDDR-096. It replaces the original WDDR-079 listing which was delisted because it was a doubled working hub (See WWHR-002 below). Close tripling shows on the bottoms of the letters of AMERICA. Very close doubling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM and UNITED STATES OF. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Die dot above large semicircular window; short slanted die scratch to left of small left window.
