Description

Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingA nice spread toward the center shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM. A closer spread shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FIVE CENTS, M of MONTICELLO and the left side of the building. All spreads decrease slightly from left to right. Die Markers: Obverse: Die gouge (dot) in hair east of Jefferson's ear. Reverse: Diagonal die gouge from lower left side of first S of STATES.
