D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: NNE/SSW and NE/SW die scratches at the RTY of LIBERTY and behind the jacket. Die gouge where the head meets the hair, position below WE, followed by a light die crack to the SW. Reverse: Light die crack on the right side of column twelve.
