An extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge runs WSW from the rim above the left side of the W in WE. Several die scratches run ENE from the bottom front of the jacket. Reverse: A die scratch runs ENE from the top left of the N in UNITED. Obverse:
