Description
Obverse Stage B: Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: A die gouge can be found just below the left side of the N of IN. A die scratch runs NE from the lower right side of the N of IN. Several die scratches run from SSW to NNE to the left of the nose and lower forehead. Other die scratches can be found on the obverse. Obverse Stage B: Only the die gouge below the left side of the N of IN can still be seen. Reverse Stage A: A die scratch runs from NW to SE below the E in EPU. A strong die scratch runs ESE from the top right of the E in EPU. A die scratch runs NE from the center of the left roof. A die scratch runs west from the left side of the dome. A die scratch runs from SW to NE just to the left of the dome. Nearly parallel die scratches run NE from the porch just to the right of the dome. A die scratch runs NE from the top right of the F in OF. A strong die gouge can be found just to the right of the top of the I in AMERICA. Other die scratches can be found throughout the reverse. Reverse Stage B: Only the die scratch NE from the center of the left roof and the die scratch west from the left side of the dome can still be seen. Obverse Stage A:
