Reverse: Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs from WSW to ENE through the center of the lapel. Reverse: A die gouge can be found above the horizontal bar of the L in PLURIBUS. A short die gouge runs west from the upper left F in FIVE. A small die gouge (dot) can be found inside the lower C in CENT. A short but strong die scratch runs from SW to NE above the O in OF. A die gouge can be found between the upper E and R in AMERICA. Two short die scratches run NE and ENE from the center right of the C in AMERICA form a “V” inside the C. Obverse:
