Description
A Class V CW spread from a pivot at 5:00 shows on UNITED STATES, the upper olive stem and leaves, the flames at the top of the torch, and the E PLU of EPU. Die Markers: Obverse: Type I. SW die scratch from the forehead toward the nose. Die scratch, south and curving from the underside of the left horizontal bar of the 1st T in TRUST. NW/SE die scratch west of the lower lip. SSE die scratch from the bottom of the nose. Reverse: Die scratches SW from each leg of the M of UNUM to the upper E of DIME. Die scratches from the right dot SW to the lower E of DIME. Gouges west from both upper legs of the M in AMERICA. Obverse:
