Obverse Stage B: Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: Die scratch NE from the vest running through the lower area of the 1 and the upper left of the 9 in the date. Die clash at the throat. N/S die scratches in the field right of the profile. Die chip under Lincoln’s chin in the field. Obverse Stage B: Die gouge in the field at the tip of Lincoln’s nose. Reverse Stage A: Light die clash at the C of CENT. Die gouge WSW from the lower left of the E in EPU. N/S die scratches abraded away. Die gouge at lower left outside of the O of ONE. Die chip on right edge of the E of STATES. Reverse Stage B: Die clash is very weak. Die gouge at EPU is weaker. Die gouge (dot) below the E in STATES. Many dot sized die gouges inside the O in OF, die gouge at the lower left outside edge of the O in OF. Obverse Stage A:
