Obverse Stage A: Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: Strong lathe marks around the circumference at the rim. N/S die scratches around the date and mint mark. Obverse Stage B: Lathe marks weak or missing. Three horizontal and two vertical die scratches on the throat. Reverse Stage A: N/S die scratches through OF, the E of ONE, and the T in CENT. Reverse Stage B: None significant.
