Reverse: Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse is a double die listed in the Wexler Doubled Die Files as 1943 1¢ WDDO-014. Die scratches runs NW/SE across the cheek. Short vertical die gouge east of the upper N in IN. Reverse: A die crack is present running from the upper left O in ONE north to the rim between UR in PLURIBUS. Die gouge (dot) below lower right N in ONE. Long die scratch runs SSW from between the lower R in AMERICA. Obverse:
