An extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid and another above the normal eyelid.Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs NE from the top of the forehead. Reverse: A small die gouge (dot) can be found above the left side of the E in STATES.Submitted By: Terry MuthCross References: Coppercoins: 1943P-1DO-005 Obverse: Die clash marks can be found to the right of the throat, to the left of the back of the neck, and from the vest to the top of the one in the date.
