Description
A strong extra eyelid can be found below the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: A die clash marks protrudes from the lower bowtie. Reverse: A die crack runs north from the top left of the O in ONE to the 1st U in PLURIBUS. Doubled clash marks can be found between the lower C and E of CENT. Doubled clash marks can be found above the left wheat stem. A die crack runs SE from the lower E in STATES through the lower right wheat ear and out to the rim. Die chips run down the right side of the T in CENT. Obverse:
