Description
A strong Class IV spread to the NW shows on the ON of ONE and the CEN of CENT. Die Markers: Obverse: Several die scratches run south from the underside of the chin. Nearly vertical parallel die scratches can be found between the lower 9 and 4 in the date. Reverse: A nearly vertical die scratch can be found to the left of the B in PLURIBUS. Obverse:
