Description
Doubling shows as extra thickness on the EPU and dots decreasing from left to right, the upper left wheat ear with separation in the wheat lines and slightly in the upper right wheat ear. Spread shows toward the center. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Strong horizontal die gouges in the upper second U in PLURIBUS. Strong horizontal die gouges in both U’s and lightly diagonal die gouge through lower N in UNUM. Short die crack NNW from upper right wheat. Die crack upper right wheat to rim about 3 and die crack upper right wheat to rim at about 4.
