=1924-P VAM-14 Doubled Leg Feathers= Discovery Sept. 2011 by Bill Toland. 14 II1 - B2a (Doubled Leg Feathers) I-2 R-5 Reverse B2i - Slightly doubled back of eagle's leg feathers and left edge in middle of eagle's left wing. Comments: 1. Note- There is only a plate photo for the leg feathers but the doubling on the left wing is a bit stronger. Leroy noted that the heavy die wear weakened the doubling.
