=1923-D VAM-1E2 Die Breaks Hair Bun Strand, Scraped Bars= Discovery 2014 1E2 II1 - B2a (Die Breaks Hair Bun Strand, Scraped Bars) Obverse II1 - Shiny vertical bars at left edge of Liberty'S neck and between 9 & 2 of scraped die (Formerly VAM-1CE) Comments: # 1E2 is thought to be the EDS of 1E1 before the die breaks. Certainly there are some 1923-D VAM-1E2 with both the breaks and the shiny spots.
