=1921-S VAM-4 Dot Below Right Wing= Discovered by Steve Sabella, June 1979. 4 (revised) IV2 - D2c (Dot Below Wing, Doubled Date & Stars, Scribbling Die Scratches) (189) Reverse D2c - Very small circular raised dot on field between eagle's left wing and arrow shafts and under eagle's jaw. Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle’s left wing and body. Di''e marker -'' Raised dot between bottom of eagle's left wing and arrow shafts. Later die state has polished away scribbling. DPIS – In 1921 dates were part of the master die so there is no variation in position. ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # The 1921-S VAM-4 has a small dot below the Eagle's left wing.
