=1921-P VAM-87 Tripled Stars, E PL & Revere Legend, Scribbling Die Scratches= Discovered February 2009 by Raymond Roberts Eliminated April 2023, Duplicate of VAM 85 87 IV 68 • D2a (Tripled Stars, E PL & Revere Legend, Scribbling Die Scratches) (189) Obverse IV 68 – Slightly tripled left stars and E PL towards rim and slightly doubled right stars towards rim. Reverse D2a- Slightly tripled ITED STATES and tops of In God. Slightly doubled OF AMERICA and some leaves I left wreath towards rim. Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg. ''Die Marker-'' Short die scratch between middle end leaves of second leaf cluster from bottom left of wreath. Comments: # Eliminated as duplicate of VAM 85, possibly same as VAM 65.
