=1921-P VAM-43 Doubled Hair and Stars= Discovered by John Roberts, June 2004. 43 (revised) IV 34 · D1a (Doubled Hair and Stars, Scribbling Die Scratches) (189) Obverse IV 34– Slightly doubled to tripled hair edge above forehead and lower hair edge above date and right stars. Doubled left stars and very slightly tripled right stars. Slightly doubled 1's below upper crossbars and 9 at bottom outside of upper loop. Reverse D1a- Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle’s right leg and between eagle's left wing and body. ''Die marker'' - Short single die scratch below lower outer eagle's left wing.
