Lane aka ChiefRet. 3HJ IV1 - D2a (Scribbling Die Scratches #162) (189) Obverse IV1 - Light vertical polishing lines on forehead and eye. ''Die marker'' - Diagonal polishing lines on TY of LIBERTY. Reverse D2a - Fine die scratches in various directions on tail feathers around eagle's right leg, between eagle's left wing and body and in middle of of eagle's right wing. ''Die marker'' - Single horizontal polishing line above right wreath ribbon.
