=1921-P VAM-14 Tripled Stars, Dot right of wing= Discovered by Martin Field, April 1985. Revised 2003 (Mike Andrew) 2004, 2017 14(revised) IV 9 · D2a (Tripled Stars, Missing o in God) (189) Obverse IV 9 - Left stars and E–PL tripled towards rim with date digits and right stars very slightly doubled towards rim. Slightly doubled profile from hair down to neck. ''Die marker'' - Die polishing lines in RT of LIBERTY. Reverse D2a - Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg and between eagle's left wing and body. ''Die marker'' - Tiny dot at right edge of middle of eagle’s left wing. DPIS – In 1921 dates were part of the master die so there is no variation in position. ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # A filled letter was found on a VAM-14 coin. The O in GOD is missing. For a filled R in trust see VAM-14A. # Some specimens show die fill striking error with o in God almost missing and second T in STATES weak.
