1921-P VAM-3E Pitting Below Arrow Feathers Discovered by Bill Fivaz, August 1979. Revised 2009. This coin is a Hot 50 Morgan VAM. Pitting around the arrows and tailfeathers are not even there for the EDS coin, This VAM is also a scribbling scratches variety. This photo is from an EDS|early die state of the VAM-3E without much of the pitting present.
