=1921-D VAM-1DO Scribbling Die Scratches #50 = Discovered October 2007 1DO IV1 - D2a (Scribbling Die Scratches #50) (189) Obverse IV1 - Slightly doubled and tripled left and right stars. Reverse D2a - Fine die scratches in various directions on over polished tail feathers around eagle's right leg and between eagles left wing and body. ''Die marker-'' Curvy die scratch in middle inside of wreath bow. DPIS – In 1921 dates were part of the master die so there is no variation in position. ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # This scribbling scratches variety is distinctive for the large area that the scribbles spread. Leroy comments, "Most extensive scribbling at leg I've seen."
