''Die marker'' - Two short die scratches above third left star. Late die state has prominent slanted die crack thru date over to first left star. Reverse C4/C3as - Extra olive to right of olive connected to olive branch. III O mint mark high and slightly to right with slight tilt to left with die chips at top inside. Diagonal polishing line through O mint mark down to right side of D. Doubling at top olive branch, base of all olive leaf cluster, top of second feather from top, back of lower arrow head, some feathers at middle top of eagle's left wing, back of eagle's nostril and two innermost right wing feathers next to leg.
