Reverse C4/C3ab - Thin horizontal short die gouges at bottom of eagle's right wing, bottom of lower inner feathers, at outside of eagle's right and left legs. Medium III O mint mark set high and tilted to left. Shallow extra olive to right of olive connected to olive branch.
