Reverse C3o - O mint mark set to the right. Raised dots at bottom edge of wreath bowknot and left ribbon with spacing of 0.030" and 0.025". Raised triangle below dot at knot with spacing of 0.020". Denticle impressions with spacing somewhat distorted by ribbon edge with curves. DPIS - ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # Formerly 1890-O VAM-16B. Renumbered because mint mark set right, but not high.
