=1890-O VAM-31 Doubled 9, O Tilted Left= Discovered February 2010, by Ben Wengel 31 III2 3 - C3c (Doubled 9, O Tilted Left) (181) Obverse III2 3 - 9 doubled with thick arc above left and thin line above right. A thin line shows at bottom of upper loop opening. Reverse C3c - Mint mark set high and tilted slightly to the left. DPIS - ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # This obverse shared with 1890-O VAM-5 and 1890-O VAM-31. # The C3c reverse shared with 1890-O VAM-3, 1890-O VAM-24 & 1890-O VAM-31 (But NOT the exact same die). # The O mintmark is tilted ''slightly'' to the left.
