=1890-O VAM-29A Doubled Ear, High O, Die Gouges E, Rim Cuds= Discovered by Michael Ash, November 2006. 29A III217 · C3b (Doubled Ear, High O, Die Gouges E, Rim Cuds) (181) Obverse III217– Late die state shows numerous rim; cuds from date up around PLUR with ones under date and first left star extending into date. Reverse C3b– Diagonal die gouges at top outside and bottom inside of E in ONE and small gouge on left side of O in DOLLAR. Gouges possibly from fragments of obverse rim cuds. (Formerly VAM 1A.)
