John Goldsmith), August 2011. 69 III2 64 - C3a (Doubled 80, Lines IBU, Die Chip Ear) (180) Obverse III2 64 - Slightly doubled 80 with right 8 at lower left outside of upper loop and 0 at top left and lower right inside. Random polishing lines at IBU in PLURIBUS. Fairly large die chip at right outside of ear and smaller ones inside ear on later die states. ''Die marker'' - Diagonal die scratches right of right cotton boll.
