'''Reverse C3b–''' Same hub doubling but different die. Several obverse and reverse dies. Die 1 - Vertical polishing line in space to left of eagle's right leg. '''DPIS – In 1878 dates were part of the master die so there is no variation in position. ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: '''Comments: # Has die chip on forehead & vertical polishing line left of eagle's rt leg of 221-1 Die 1. Unlisted clashed dies with faint t at lower rt hair vee. Don't see any clashsd n left of neck using 30X stereo microscope that could be photographed. Bag marks & coin wear may have erased n. Would have to be way out in field instead of.next to neck since vertical clash line up from wing is near G instead of at n. Don't also see any raised clashed M between d & W- only long horizontal bag marks. Made clashed t sub-sub variety since dies of 221-l Die 1. Has slight counterclash at upper lip & chin which I mentioned. Maybe better condition coin would show clashed n & M.
